THE EVENT

Join Crash Dance Productions for a 1-day dance festival, where participants perform their contemporary dance work, and receive training, coaching, and adjudication from company members.

Here's how it works:

1. Register your solo/duo/trio contemporary dance work (maximum length of piece: 5 minutes).

2. We'll start your session with a warm up class, then you'll head to a semi-private coaching lesson.

3. Then, perform your piece on stage at the TekBox, and receive feedback from adjudicators. There are limited seats available for your audience to come watch you perform!

Who is CrashFest for?

—any teen or young adult dancer with contemporary dance works to show, at any state of creation competitive dancers with contemporary solos/duos/trios

—college students working on performance capstones

—emerging choreographers who want feedback on the composition of the work they create on students or themselves

What to bring:

THE EVENT

CrashCon is a one-day, convention style dance workshop, featuring homegrown industry professionals, sharing their diverse dance experiences and movement aesthetics. This year's lineup includes: Jack Moore, Justine Lutz, Emily Jordan, Chelsea Jennings, Taylor Sieve, Levi Sherman, and Nate Poole.

Dance all day, or come for just a class or two: drop-in passes will be made available starting 12/20. Drop-in space is limited, and cannot be guaranteed; reserve your spot by signing up for the day pass!

If you're interested in the world of contemporary dance, and want to meet artists who started out just like you, come dance with us!
