In-Studio Class Registration

Reserving a CDP class is now possible through Mind Body Online (MBO). First time users will need to create an account. In-person classes are currently Iimited to 12 students. To ensure your spot, please pre-register. Payment required at the time of class. No-shows will incur a late fee, you may cancel ahead of time if you’re unable to attend.

Can’t make it in person, but still want to join? Class is available virtually! You’ll still need to create a MBO account to register for livestream classes. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with information on how to join class from home, or wherever you choose to take class.
